Pho Dau Bo

Được 1 cô bạn của mẹ mình giới thiệu nên mình quyết định đến ăn thử trong chuyến du lịch Paris đầu năm 2024 này và khá bất ngờ về độ đầu tư về món ăn của quán . Cảm giác cứ như ở 1 nhà hàng 3 miền đủ các món Bắc trung nam . Mình ở Paris 2 đêm 2 ngày và toàn là ghé quán ăn trưa và ăn tối mà vẫn chưa thử hết dc các món . Ước có 2 cái dạ dày để mỗi lần tới thử cả 2 món khỏi phải suy nghĩ hahaha . Mình đặc biệt để xuất món bún chả và phở bò entrecôte là phở bò bằng thố đá nha . Thịt vừa chín mềm với sợi phở dai dai . We came here about 12:15 o’clock. We got seated right as we got in. Nice menu but we waited for the waiter about 10min before one waiter came up to us. We ordered 2 Phos, 1 spring roll, one dessert and sugar cane juice. Sugar cane juice was quite nice my first time drinking it. It has slot of ice in it. In the restaurant are a lot of locals. It gets very busy around lunchtime. People are already waiting at the front door. My spring roles taste average nothing special but the sauce makes it good. I had beef peanut spring rolls but I didn’t have any peanut inside of them. The Pho was really good. Probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The soup was great, the beef was thinly sliced and the soup was incredible. A lot of meat is in the Pho. Don’t add too much chilies they are really spicy!!! At 1:15 pm the queue is really long. There are about 20 people waiting. Lastly my dessert if I remember correctly, it’s called bánh lọt. It’s really delicious. Over all great place staff could give a little bit more attention to the guest but it’s alright.

Thái độ nhân viên nữ rất tệ, trịnh thượng, chảnh chọe. Chúng tôi đến quán vào dịp Giáng sinh vì muốn ghé quận 13 và ăn đồ ăn Việt. Món phở ở đây theo vị miền Nam nước dùng ngon và vừa miệng. Món bánh cuốn bình thường, nước chấm mặn. Tuy nhiên đáng chú ý hơn cả là thái độ nhân viên nữ ở đây. Bạn nói giọng bắc, nhỏ người. Nhưng thái độ trịnh thượng, mình cảm giác bạn là con cháu chủ quán vì ko mặc đồng phục chứ nếu sinh viên làm thêm ki bao giờ có thái độ đó. Mà dẫu là con cháu chủ quán thì thái độ của bạn rất rất tệ, kể cả chủ quán thì càng phải niềm nở vì khách hàng mang lại doanh thu cho quán mà. Chúng tôi ghé vì tình đồng hương, nhưng cũng vì tình đồng hương nơi xa xôi tôi rất ko khuyên dùng nhà hàng này. Vì với tiền và thời gian bạn bỏ ra khi ghé đến 1 nơi trải nghiệm ẩm thực bạn xứng đáng được phục vụ tốt hơn thế.

Staff don't speak English but the food is good, comparable to the pho served in HK. Good serving size, delicious and steaming hot. Charges slight bonus due to tax? But overall pretty good, acceptable price of €10/person. Took a while for staff to respond after entering restaurant but partially due to most staff being on break. Noodles would've been better with the spicy/sour juice thing but great nonetheless.

The food was fine but the service is so so bad, they are so rude, and act like we beg them for food. Especially the old short guy with glasses, he glared at me with displeasure by just asking for water and blamed me because I asked for lemon twice. His attitude is way more too much, like what the heck? I don’t know why this restaurant keeps this kind of person!!!

Went with some friends, I am used to Chinese food but not much with Vietnamese. Food was abundant, one dish should be more than enough for a single person, probably 2 in some cases. Taste was very good, had a spicy soupe and was very pleased. A friend got friend noodles, we think too much sauce was used (noodles got soggy fast) but overall were very good. We were pleased to see a page exclusively dedicated to vegetarian food. I must mention, as I am not much into vietnamese cuisine, the menu was a bit unclear for all of us. I would suggest to ask for recommendations while ordering. The restaurant had a pleasing look, the bathroom was clean. We observed plenty of asians eating at the restaurant. Overall, a very good experience and I would come again.
